Built in 1899, we expected that our beach house would have undergone several generations of changes and upgrades. As we begin our renovations, we are discovering hidden treasures that tell the story of not only the birth of the house but the families who lived there! Check out the plaster and lath that was discovered!

We are adding a beautiful 7 bed / 6 bath property this summer located on the south end of the boardwalk, approx. 3 houses from the beach. This property will be our largest yet and is set to accommodate up to 14 people comfortably.

This home was originally built in 1899 but the new renovations will keep some of the house’s original charm while blending it with modern conveniences and design. The first floor will feature a spacious living room, open concept kitchen, a hall bathroom, as well as a primary suite with a private bathroom. The second and third floors will each feature 2 spacious front bedrooms, a hall bathroom, a primary suite with a private bathroom and a wrap around porch. Each front bedroom will have a private outer door to the spacious wrap around porch and seating areas that overlook the boardwalk and ocean views.

We will be sharing our renovation progress throughout the winter with everyone. Booking for this new property with begin in the spring of 2022. 

Riccio’s Pizzeria & Ristorante recently opened up on Ocean Ave in Point Pleasant Beach, NJ. The Mayor recently visited their new restaurant while Momma Riccio was cooking her famous meatballs and she even put him to work. Although it looks more like he was tasting the food. 

Riccio’s brag that many of their recipes have been handed down from generation to generation. They even make their pizza dough, calzones and Stromboli’s from imported New York Water, along with other quality ingredients.
